Szn 4 Finale. M15. Seek Development.
Not every day is easy, but it’s still an opportunity to live it as a blessing. Living by what you have been through and what is happening around you will only leave you oppressed and depressed, but looking into who you can be and pursuing it will make every day a blessing. Your past and present are meant to prepare you for the future, don’t allow them to deter your progress or kill your vision. Crave to be who you are meant to be and make it a reality by seeking development to become a person of value.    Life is a journey filled with trials and tribulations. The things we have to come face to face with in our journey through life can feel overwhelming, but they can also be blessings in disguise. They may not be woven as blessings, but changing our perspective can transform every challenge into a breakthrough, every trial into a triumph, and every adversity into a blessing. Having the right mindset is the catalyst for all success. We all struggle, and sometimes the struggles can make it hard to see anything else as a blessing. But cultivating a mindset that craves development will keep your eyes focused on what you want and where you want to go.   Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares the formula to cultivate a development mindset, the power of seeking development, and becoming a person of value in your space. Learn how to spark your desire for development, be fruitful within yourself, multiply value for people, and govern your life to thrive. S4.M14. Only The Strong Thrive.
Life will throw everything it has at us, strip us down, and knock us down, but only the strong will survive. We grow through the things we go through, and changing how we think about ourselves during crises is a game-changer. Life happens to all of us, and often, our self-talk can prevent us from getting ahead. Whether it’s a belief that we can’t do hard things, we have to scrape by, or we don’t know how to do it can keep us stuck in the rut when we have everything we need to thrive inside of us. We’re strong and resilient, but we are also human, and we fall short. Don’t beat yourself too hard when you make a mistake or fail to accomplish your goal. Give yourself room to learn and make progress. We grow through the things that we go experience in life. We thrive through our failures and mistakes. There is no progress that comes without struggle or success that comes without failure. You can start and thrive in anything you want. You just need the willpower to work through it and give yourself credit for any achievement. Giving yourself credit unlocks your inner power and can help you move steps ahead even when the odds are against you. Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares strategies on how to cultivate your environment, give yourself grace and position yourself to thrive on intentional growth. You will not win all the time. Sometimes you will lose, and learning to embrace the process will help you grow and thrive. Notable Quotes “Not only does the strong survive, but they thrive.”“If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Frederick Douglas“We’re so strong, but we don’t give ourselves credit.”“Humans are the only creatures that will blame themselves repeatedly for the same mistake.”“We need to stop looking at adversity and mistakes as a time for blame and punishment ourselves, but as a chance to grow and learn.”“Sometimes you win, sometimes we learn, but we’re always in control of our situations.”‘If you add value to yourself, you become valuable; go deeper and figure your Why.” Tune in! Experience Greater Growth Life can often feel like a roller coaster ride; one minute we're up, and the next we're down. The journey to a better tomorrow can be fraught with obstacles that can make us feel stuck and discouraged. However, it is important to remember that massive progress and great growth come with good management and bad experience. With the right attitude, desire, and determination to become better, you can take control of your path, overcome these obstacles and manifest greater growth for yourself. It comes when we push through the discomfort into something challenging that forces us to stretch, take control of our lives, develop, and ultimately succeed. Creating a better tomorrow for yourself is not going to be easy. It takes a lot of energy, inner work, self-improvement, and tracking your growth to get where you want to be. No one is immune to addiction. It can take any of us down faster than quicksand if we’re not self-aware and having conversations around awareness and the progression of substance abuse. Self-awareness is the key to normalizing people living a clean and sober life that is more fulfilling than doing small things that become big and destructive. Choosing sobriety is choosing life. Being self-aware and getting clarity of your situation without shame will help you make changes and get to where you want to be. You have a choice. Choose a sober and purposeful life. S4.M12. True Development.
Sign Up For The Summit: http://www.truedevelopmentsummit.com  True development is all about maximizing every aspect of your business and life, and it begins with believing in yourself, why you are here, and why you want to be an entrepreneur. If you see your value the way God sees it, you’ll understand that you’ve so much to pour into other people and so much value to provide to the lives of others that it’s not enough to hang on to a customer for one transaction. True development enables you to build a brand that can predictably produce profits over 10, 20, and 30 years, build generational wealth, and create businesses with an enterprise value that can be sold or detached from your personal brand. Until you develop yourself to the point where your ego comes down enough for you to step back and work on your business rather than be the face of the business 24/7, you will never get to true development. If you’ve not conquered your internal limiting beliefs, challenges, adversity, and opposition, you will not be able to help others go through it, train your employees, or come up with a business that is adding value to others. You cannot be a better entrepreneur than you’re as a person. Join the conversation with Jay Chase and Brandon Burns as they share more about true development and how you can strategize and optimize your performance. Brandon is a business strategist who helps businesses start, strategize, and scale. He has worked with many personal brands, specifically coaching businesses, which is his area of expertise. His mission is to help personal brands to turn their venture into legitimate businesses with enterprise value. S4.M11. Important and Urgent.
Setting Priority To Get Results It doesn’t matter how driven you are. When everything becomes a priority, you become ineffective. Making everything a priority means nothing to priority, and it shows that you don’t care enough to focus. Setting priorities is all about understanding what matters to you most and what you care about and focusing on it to bring results. What takes priority in your life will always radiate. You cannot hide it. When we prioritize things that are not important in achieving our goals or are important but not agent, we are majoring in the minor and minoring in the major. Learning how to set priorities will allow us to major in the major and minor in the major to achieve our goals. Life is a long game, and it’s easy to turn over our dream and goals to the demands of life and let them deter us from accomplishing what is most important to us. Figuring out what is right for you and what you need to become the person you are meant to be and prioritizing it is the only way to achieve true success. Setting priority is the way to win the game, grow as a leader and attract new opportunities by bringing your dream to fruition. Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about priority and how we can maintain priorities when life happens and our pace changes. He also expounds on a step-to-step process to help us overcome priority overload and prioritize things that will give you results. Notable Quotes “When everything is a priority, that means nothing to priority.” John C Maxwell“What takes priority in your life will always show.”“80% of your results will come from 20% of the things you prioritize.”“Prioritizing is protecting your energy.”“If you don’t design your life, somebody else will.” Tune in! S4.M7. Abundance Over Fear.
18-01-2023
S4.M7. Abundance Over Fear.
Abundance Over Fear Our thoughts create our reality. Operating from a place of abundance is all about mindset; it’s about understanding that we can have more if we become more than what we’re. Anything is possible if we focus on what we can do instead of what we can’t. When we shift our mind to the abundant space, it becomes easier to attract what we want, whether it’s financial, professional, or personal success. An abundance mindset is built on growth and development. You need to focus on your strategy, strength, and gratitude to operate from a place of abundance. The world is our teacher, and there is always room to improve and expand without damaging what we’ve built. So focus on finding opportunities for collaboration, growth, and development to  be in the best position to succeed. “Abundance is not a destination. It is a way of life. If you feel like you have less than what you want, you need to check your self-development process. So many unfulfilled desires come from underdevelopment. We can only attract what we’re and when we’re operating from a place of fear, limitations, and self-doubt, we are preoccupied with mundane realities and what we cannot do. Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about abundance and Fear. Learn how to cultivate an abundance mindset and make healthy adjustments in your life. Discover how embracing an attitude of abundance can help you create a life of prosperity and success. Notable Quotes “You can have more than you got because you can become more than you are.”- Jim Rohn.“Many unfulfilled desires come from being underdeveloped; work on yourself.”“You don’t have to take from somebody in order to get yours.”“We’ve to physically choose our thought and it can be from a place of fear.”“What you put out is what you get.”“Change is inevitable, and we’ve to be grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and the process.”“There is always more than enough; nobody is trying to take your success.”“Always think like a beginner and be open to learning; you don’t have all the answers.”“You will never outperform your perspective, but if you live with curiosity, your perspective will change.” Tune in! Pivotal Moments. The Discovery Phase W/ Cait Madry.
It’s sometimes tough to walk on a journey of sobriety. Usually, someone needs to change their friend circles, leave their families, and have a total turnover of their tempting environments. If you are still struggling with drinking, you know from deep down in your heart that who you are is not the person you are supposed to be. However, you can change that because everyone’s sobriety journey is different. There’s no defined moment that is the only way to stop drinking. You can have a turnaround in your life if you make your decision now. What you have been missing is really encouragement and someone to hold up your hand and lead you to the light of who you are. Consequently, someone’s story could be the only thing you have been missing to trigger you to take that leap of faith. Today, Cait Madry is changing the world with her sobriety story at 28. Join me as we discover her journey, her drinking escapades, the pivotal moments, and how life has been since quitting alcohol. Cait founded Clearheaded, a company she uses to teach people how to be social, sober and de-stigmatize being a non-drinker. It’s tough to walk in sobriety, but it gets better when you get in the company of positive people. She is also the host of CLEARHEADED: your sober-care podcast. She reveals her real-time sober lessons and features several guests on the show who share their unique moments of clarity surrounding their choice to become sober. S4.M6. Chop Wood and Carry Water.

S4.M6. Chop Wood and Carry Water.
We all set new year goals and resolutions but hardly do we develop a plan. Other people never set goals. They only have wishes and hopes. The truth is a goal with a plan has a higher chance of succeeding than one which does not have one. Actually, over 80% of people forget their goals within the first quarter of the year. The others struggle to achieve them if they do not have a well-laid plan. In this episode, Jay highlights a new mindset you need to make 2023 the best year of your life. To ‘chop wood and carry water’ means setting your goal, determining the price for that goal, and then resolving to pay the price. It demands continuous effort, time, and energy toward what you want. When you take on somebody going in the woods, they bring their axe, make the decision, and they put in all the required resources, but their goal is to get firewood. They know the price it takes and what it demands to pay it. Chopping wood is a process that you should be committed to. You have to let go of some habits, desires, and relationships. Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares the process you need to achieve your 2023 goals. Know what you can do to change your life and hit your goals. Notable Quotes “At the end of the day, we are accountable to ourselves. Our success is a result of what we do.”“Most people who set new year goals never make a plan to achieve them.”“Set your goal, determine what the price is and resolve yourself to pay the price.”“Do not just be prepared. You must be equipped to navigate the uncertainties of life, because change is inevitable.”“You are the author of your life because you are the only person who can determine your life’s trajectory. How high or far you go is a result of your decisions.”“A goal with a plan and determination of persistence has better chances of succeeding.”“Our success is a result of what we do.”“We get the outcome from the process.” Tune in! Pivotal Moments. Anything You Desire is Possible W/ Claire Guidon.

Pivotal Moments. Anything You Desire is Possible W/ Claire Guidon.
Imagine a world where anything you desire is possible and your wildest dreams come true. It sounds like a fantasy, but it's not. The main ingredient to living this dream is the power of your mind and will. One day at a time, our thoughts create our reality, and we can use that as an advantage to live the life we want! You are the master of your own destiny, and anything is possible. There are no limits to what you can accomplish, and it doesn't require any special skills, opportunities, or money. If you want something, all you have to do is take the first step in your journey toward success. The difference between the people who believe nothing is impossible and those that never try is a mindset. One has the belief that they will not fail, while the other has a fear of failure. Those who think they will not fail have high expectations and will put in 100% to succeed. This person will be more likely to take risks, have a positive mindset and be persistent. Oftentimes, people with a positive mindset know that they have what it takes to succeed. They are more likely to try new things, learn and adjust their way of thinking. People with a negative mindset think the opposite - that they will never be able to accomplish anything because of the fear of failure that's holding them back. Join this conversation with Claire Guindon, a digital nomad who has created her life at a young age. She spends her life traveling the world, doing adventures, and living her purpose. Whether you are 16 or 61, you can create a life that brings fulfillment. Listen to Claire’s story and inspiration. Notable Quotes “ Your life is the average of the lives of people you choose to surround yourself with.”“The other side of fear is freedom. You have to put freedom over fear.”“Serving others brings you fulfillment; the highest form of self-love is service and inspiration to others.”“Never ask the advice of someone with whom you wouldn't want to trade places.”“Mindset is the only difference between a person who believes nothing is impossible and never tries because of the fear of failure.”“If you can believe it, you will achieve it. Nothing will come to mind that we can’t achieve.”"If you believe you can do it and put in the time and effort, then there's no reason why you can't."“Everything you go through prepares you to be a better leader who helps someone else.”“There’s a point in life where we stop being seekers and become doers.
