Saar Markovitch is the Co-Owner and Head instructor of X-Fighting is Sydney, Australia. Originally from Israel, he has been doing martial arts since he was a child. He was an Officer in the Israeli Airforce. During this time he found Krav Maga and was eventually invited to be an instructor. He trained and was certified at the famous Wingate Institute as was involved as an instructor in Impact Krav Maga. 6 years ago he moved to Australia and continued his Journey as a Krav Maga Instructor. In this episode we discuss, Krav Maga, Martial Arts, Being and Instructor, What's going on in Sydney, and yes Psychedelic's, Mental Health and our experiences growing into more open compassionate but masculine people, instructors and mentors.
