This is a special two-part Monthly Mindful Meditation that is all wrapped up into one recording. Jess is going to provide support for both your being and doing. The first part will be focused on being present through breath work and a body scan. The second part will support action towards one specific goal that you have. Visualizing the end out come and the impact it will make once you have accomplished it. Then together you will wrap the meditation all up with finding a manageable small action step to keep moving towards that important goal of yours.
