'A real Fish Tale', 'Shoddy Chairmanship' & 'Being All Washed Up'

The plaintiff says he bought what he thought was a genuine taxidermy fish from the defendant, but it turned out to be a plastic toy. He’s suing for a refund. Then, the plaintiff says she brought five chairs to the defendant to be refinished and reupholstered. She claims the woman is a hack who ruined her chairs, so she’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says she did great work at a fair price. She’s countersuing for monies still owed. Plus, the plaintiff says he took his Camaro through the defendant’s carwash, and a brush damaged his bumper. The defendant says it came in damaged, but the plaintiff is suing for the repair.
