Kyle Smith (@dapperdudekyle) is a Clarity Consultant. He’s the creator of the Neurolinguistic Somatic Experience (NLSE) which is a system designed to defeat the victim mentality in order for his clients to take control of their life and optimize their mental well being.
Kyle has transitioned into this role since our first podcast, back in episode 114. He’s always been about the psychological and deep thinking side of things within the realm of fitness and health, and now it’s found it’s true form.
In this discussion Kyle defines the victim mentality and how it holds us back. He then gives tons of practical tips on how to start identifying and defeating it. He explains his NLSE system and how he helps people understand the stories they tell themselves.
You will want to have your thinking cap on for this episode.
