Join us as we embark on a journey through the sonic landscape of the hit FX series show  'Shogun', as we delve deeper into the soul-stirring melodies and atmospheric sounds that define this captivating series.

Set in Japan in the year 1600, Lord Yoshii Toranaga is fighting for his life as his enemies on the Council of Regents unite against him, when a mysterious European ship is found marooned in a nearby fishing village.

For this conversation, we feature the sound and music teams of 'Shogun' which take center stage, transporting viewers to a realm where every whisper holds weight and every clash reverberates with history.

We are joined today by composer Leopold Ross, Supervising Sound Editor Brian Armstrong, re-recording mixer Greg Russell and re-recording mixer Steve Pederson.
