Welcome to Episode 70 of Someone Had to Say It: Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet & Healing Generation Trauma.

This morning as I was making my coffee I was thinking of the paradox of the old soul. On one hand, you hold all this ancient wisdom and there are things about life and things you just know. We tend to call them “downloads” or “intuitive hits”  And so, the majority of old souls are incredible healers, visionaries, and leaders in this lifetime.

But on the other hand… there’s this constant battle in trying to find your place in the world and who you are. There are so many parts of you that it becomes * impossible * to try and condense who you are into one offer, or a bio somewhere on a social media platform, or even just feel like “aaa this is it” and feel satisfied doing that for the rest of your life.

This week’s podcast episode is dedicated to the old souls, for the women who know this isn’t their first rodeo, but is struggling to always understand her place in this world.
