Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet & Healing Generation Trauma
Welcome to Episode 70 of Someone Had to Say It: Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet & Healing Generation Trauma. This morning as I was making my coffee I was thinking of the paradox of the old soul. On one hand, you hold all this ancient wisdom and there are things about life and things you just know. We tend to call them “downloads” or “intuitive hits”  And so, the majority of old souls are incredible healers, visionaries, and leaders in this lifetime.  But on the other hand… there’s this constant battle in trying to find your place in the world and who you are. There are so many parts of you that it becomes * impossible * to try and condense who you are into one offer, or a bio somewhere on a social media platform, or even just feel like “aaa this is it” and feel satisfied doing that for the rest of your life.  This week’s podcast episode is dedicated to the old souls, for the women who know this isn’t their first rodeo, but is struggling to always understand her place in this world.   Connect with Kylie: Download HeartLed ❤️🧠Apply to work together 🦋Let's connect on Instagram 📲Follow me on Tik Tok 👑   More on the Someone Had to Say It podcast: Welcome to Someone Had to Say It by Kylie Nel, a spiritual & mindset mentor. Reasons You'll Stay: It's Time to Reassess Who Your 5 People Are
Welcome to Episode 67 of Someone Had to Say It. In this episode, Reasons You'll Stay: It's Time to Reassess Who Your 5 People Are, we're having an honest conversation around: Level of privilege to tell people to pay to be in conversations or to pull up a seat to the table because this isn’t really accessible to a lot of people.  It’s important to know that as you invest in yourself, especially in the realm of coaching and self-development, the more you pay, in my opinion, you just start having different conversations, because a) there is more space to have deeper conversations *there’s more intimacy* - usually that is supercharged by the fact that there’s room for a relationship to develop as well. This is why I really value committing to a mentoring or coaching relationship (the length doesn’t matter within the context of this conversation), and also investing in self-development, because you’re exposed to a lot of different conversations. Breast Augmentations, Implant Illness & Trauma that Lives in the Body
Welcome to Episode 66 of Someone Had to Say It. In this episode, Breast Augmentations, Implant Illness & Trauma that Lives in the Body, we're having an honest conversation around: For the past few years, I had a manifestation in mind where I wanted to redo my breast implants, and somehow the Universe brought that manifestation to me a lot soonerBreast implant illness (BII) is a collection of symptoms that occur in people with breast implants. There isn't an official medical diagnosis for BII. Symptoms may include fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, dry eyes, and many other health concerns. Healthcare providers diagnose BII by ruling out other health conditionsTalk about the experience when I had my first implants done at 21, from the doctor to abusive relationships (body shame and sexual trauma), the self-hate in my bodyHow I believe this manifested (amongst other things) as a disconnect from my body, autoimmune responses & adrenal fatigueHow this was such a real-life experience for me on how trauma lives in the body and the effect it can have How my body has changed after surgeryLosing weight & having a changed relationship with foodHow my sex drive has increased    Connect with Kylie: Download HeartLed ❤️🧠Apply to work together 🦋Let's connect on Instagram 📲Follow me on Tik Tok 👑   More on the Someone Had to Say It podcast: Welcome to Someone Had to Say It by Kylie Nel, a spiritual & mindset mentor. Are You Wasting Your Own Time? Listen to this if it feels like you're always running out of time.
Welcome to Episode 65 of Someone Had to Say It. In this episode, Are You Wasting Your Own Time? Listen to this if it feels like you're always running out of time, we're having an honest conversation around: How do you view time & productivity?Generally, look at the definitions it's very input and output basedEspecially when it comes to manifesting and healingThere's a lot of pressure on us to always be quantum leaping and to do things at faster speeds, continuouslyWHEN IT COMES TO MANIFESTING: if you always feel like you're running out of time, you're automatically going to put yourself in a vibration of scarcity in everything you do. Because your default message is "I don't have enough" - even of the one thing you can't control.Navigating the productivity wound as a high-achieving woman I did a search to see what is out there: Words that came up in this search were: raise the standard, increase your productivity, value your productivity, the self-inflicted woundAn article on invisible wounds in a war noted a loss of productivity as a result As a high-achieving woman with big dreams, your relationship with time is one of the most important ones you can work on.  Things you would want to consider are: What does time mean to me?What is my relationship like with time? How is my value attached to time?  Challenge this week: Unplug & come back to your own natural rhythms.
