- WHEN IT COMES TO MANIFESTING: if you always feel like you're running out of time, you're automatically going to put yourself in a vibration of scarcity in everything you do. Because your default message is "I don't have enough" - even of the one thing you can't control.
- Navigating the productivity wound as a high-achieving woman
- I did a search to see what is out there: Words that came up in this search were: raise the standard, increase your productivity, value your productivity, the self-inflicted wound
- An article on invisible wounds in a war noted a loss of productivity as a result As a high-achieving woman with big dreams, your relationship with time is one of the most important ones you can work on.
- Things you would want to consider are:
- What does time mean to me?
- What is my relationship like with time?
- How is my value attached to time?
- Challenge this week: Unplug & come back to your own natural rhythms.
