There is a talent crisis in the US right now. We have workforces that don’t reflect our populations and are disproportionately impacted based on their race or ethnicity. We have people leaving the workforce at staggering levels, and we have companies looking to close the skills gap and advance equitable hiring. It seems there is a disconnect between people eager to work, people leaving the workforce, and companies unable to fill roles.
