On this episode of The Back 40 we spoke with Carolyn Webb (Ontario Edible Education Network Coordinator) and Nicole Hambleton (Ontario Lead for Farm to School) about how Sustain Ontario is helping to bring farm education to the classroom. Sustain Ontario provides support to classrooms across Ontario to help them develop farm education programs. Their ultimate goal is to transform Ontario’s food system by working collaboratively with schools, farmers, chefs and other industry stakeholders.
