In this week’s episode, I wanted to talk about some messages I recently got from one of our newest members in the Cognitive Eating Academy because they were a beautiful real-time example of some of what keeps us from wanting to eat things that help us feel our best… an example of the things that drive self-sabotaging or self-destructive eating patterns… even bingeing.
Her message started with, "I feel like I'm on the verge of a binge"
