I have a 4-letter word for you! It starts with an H and ends with an E. There is an O and a P in between! When you put that all together, what does it spell?  It spells HOPE and you are invited to journey into this land! The Oxford dictionary defines the word hope as;  1) a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen 2) a feeling of trust. Hope, for me, carries a high vibration. It helps me to expand and gives me a feeling that there’s more to come, and feels uplifting. Mostly, even though we may not know what the future holds, hope can bring us there in a way that brings about a feeling of peacefulness. Animals have taught me so much about energy and how everything we do, everything we are, and how everything period is made up of just that…energy! Ever since I was young, I remember seeing energy in the air. I would sit in church as a small child and see this energy behind the minister up where the cross would sit on the tall cathedral wall. When a car would drive by, I would see the car and then would see this energy follow it. Little did I know, that was the car’s energy and it was really neat to witness! When I move my hand in the air, to and fro, I can see the energy that follows it, and it makes so much sense to me why I’ve been able to find my way through life in the strongest way using energy. Going back to the animals and how they’ve taught me that everything is energy, I’m eager to share this episode with you because it takes this further and delves deep into what’s called our life force energy. That’s the part of us that gives us prana or the breath of life. Many animals are very much present in their body, and as they are, their spirit and soul brings forward much wisdom and guidance. Because they are so connected with their body, they live their life purpose with great ease. When I see them do this, it seems so easy to them. It comes so naturally for them! So why can’t it be the same for us? IT CAN! We just need to come back to being present within this body that we have chosen to come here to experience life in. For when we can reconnect with that life force energy, the breath of life, we unite with what our full and perfect being is. This all sounds pretty deep doesn’t it? So what the heck does all this mean? This episode shares more of my personal journey and how I have been able to receive an upgrade if you will and a refilling of the life force energy that we all require to live our best purpose. In the last episode of Awaken With Animals,  I shared with you a story about how circumstances in life can bring us to spaces of uncertainty…to that place where we seek guidance, healing, support and so much more. I shared this in the form of a personal story from my perspective and to offer it as a foundation for our life experiences and journeys and tied it into the  perspective of animals and how they are here to assist us all. In this episode, we move forward into the building phase of strengthening, releasing and building back up to a new energy and space of this thing we call life lessons, learnings and experience. Sometimes, when we are least expecting things to happen, they do! Have you ever wondered why that is? It's very interesting! Today, I was out and about doing some errands when all of a sudden, I felt a deep emotion come over me. I could feel other people's stuff, the energy of the room I was in was felt strongly, and I immediately went into a flight response. I wanted to flee and get out of there! I then received a message of guidance that said "expand your energy". The human brain within me said huh? No way! If anything, I should be contracting to get away from all of this that I feel. Again, I heard "expand your energy", and so I did. Guess what happened? As my energy expanded around my physical body, I was able to breathe deeper. The emotions of others retreated, and the energy of the room became calm. Expanding my energy helped me to experience all of this from a different perspective...something I am truly grateful for. In this episode, a beautiful animal collective comes forward to share with us their guidance. In episode 41, I had a lot of fun with Cindy Nolet of Ruby Vision Empowerment. We had an insightful discussion about her work with Honeybees. If you haven’t heard it yet, I highly recommend that you listen to that episode first as it merges us nicely into this one.In this episode, Cindy and I access the divine space of presence and communicate directly with the Honeybee hive! They shared the reason & purpose for why hives have been dying & the importance of the cycle of change. This was quite interesting to hear! They also told that they are doing what they do as Honeybees BUT each hive also has a specific purpose that may differ from other hives. What a magnificent conversation! Have you ever witnessed your surroundings? I received the inspired nudge to find a beautiful maple tree and spend some time with her and her fellow, surrounding trees one afternoon. The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining and the beings of the earth, both seen and unseen, were welcoming me to join them for an opportunity to unite in healing and to share this with anyone who feels in alignment to doing the same.As I walked out to this space, I was guided to a place where transformation could occur.The maple tree was releasing its natural sap, and as it was flowing out of the tree, dripping downwards, there was this magnificent sound it made as the movement created a vibration that could not quite be explained in words.The insects joined me, making their presence known. Each one was so unique in the way they presented themselves and they received nourishment from drinking in this sacred synergy of the sap’s elixir.The birds joined in with their energetic support surrounding us in a safe and circular space. Animal frequency always surrounds us! It’s truly magnificent! Have you ever experienced it? It’s similar to receiving the medicine that an animal shares with humanity through their vibration.For example, a bear may come forward to share the frequency of inner power. A dog may visit you to share the frequency of unconditional love. There are many books on this subject. Ted Andrews and Steven Farmer are popular authors of such books.Over the last many years, animals have come to visit me both physically and energetically. When they do, they share a vibration and frequency which I receive through my being and hear, feel and sense their messages and gifts.This past weekend, I returned from a beautiful space in Oxtongue Lake, Ontario, Canada. It was a piece of heaven! These last couple of weeks, I found myself very much inside of my head. I was having a hard time being able to see things clearly. I felt stuck, confused, and had several situations present themselves to me in ways that I didn’t think I could handle much more.You see, I forgot my tools! The ones that I usually have and that have served me well.Guess what happened?Because I became stuck, I reverted back to old patterns and allowed the ego to lead the show. The ego wanted to keep me safe, and did its best in protecting me.
