S4E8 - #IWD #CountHerIn Neelima Mangal: International Women's Day 2024: Inspiring Inclusion
Hello everyone, and a heartfelt welcome to our special International Women's Day episode of "The Power of Women in the World of Tech" podcast! I'm truly excited to conclude Season 4 on such a powerful note. This year, International Women's Day's campaign theme is 'Inspire Inclusion.' This subject serves as an awful reminder of the importance of diversity in our efforts to achieve gender equality. Inclusion goes beyond just inviting women to the table; it's about valuing their voices, perspectives, and contributions. When we embrace inclusion, we create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their gender. My Name is Neelima Mangal, your host, and today, as we wrap up Season 4, we're here to celebrate women's achievements with the theme "Climb, Lead, Succeed: Together We Rise." As we celebrate International Women's Day, let's also remember the importance of self-celebration. Often, we seek validation from others, forgetting to appreciate our own achievements. It's essential to acknowledge your worth, journey, and accomplishments, no matter how big or small.  Celebrate yourself and be proud of the person you've become. So, take a moment today to celebrate yourself. Acknowledge your hard work, resilience, and determination. Remember, the responsibility for celebrating your achievements lies with nobody else but you and it's never too late to do so. Happy International Womens Day

S3E3 - The Power of Resilience: Bouncing Back from Adversity
The Power of Resilience: Bouncing Back from Adversity I've frequently been questioned about  what makes a person resilient and what are the 3 C's of boosting resilience and traits to boost resilience at workforce. Well Resilient behavior can be influenced by a variety of variables, such as personality traits, upbringing, genetics, environmental conditions, and social support. Hello Everyone - I'm Neelima Mangal host of the The Power of Women in the world of Tech Podcast, the show where we promote women empowerment by fostering self confidence, leadership skills and motivate women to overcome the real life challenges they face within the corporate world today.  Women face a unique set of challenges, and I'd want to share my experiences in the hope that IT WOULD HELP colleagues in the workforce and life in general. The good news is that everyone can learn to be resilient, which is crucial for mental health and overall wellbeing. Although some people may inherently be more robust, you can develop this talent. Focus on your current strengths and begin by putting some of the traits of resilient people into practice.  Don't give up; building resilience may take some time, but the effort will pay off greatly in terms of your health and wellbeing. Thank you for joining me today. I hope you have enjoyed the session, learned something and enjoyed the conversation as much as I did.  This podcast is for all the women—for you, for me, and for all of you.  Together, we are going to learn Until next time, stay curious and keep learning!

S3E1 - The Power of Gratitude: Harnessing the Benefits of Thankfulness
The Power of Gratitude: Harnessing the Benefits of Thankfulness Gratitude is such a powerful word. Gratitude can be expressed in many ways, from simply saying "thank you" to someone who has helped you, to keeping a gratitude journal where we record the things we are thankful for each day. It can also be cultivated through mindfulness practices, such as meditation or reflection, which help us to become more aware of the positive aspects of our lives and to appreciate them fully. Overall, cultivating gratitude can help our mental, physical, and emotional health in a variety of ways. It is an easy but effective technique for developing a good view on life and an appreciation for the benefits all around us. So next time -  if you come across a good act or someone who has done something kind or helpful, it's always a nice gesture to express your gratitude and say "thank you". I hope you have enjoyed the session, learned something and enjoyed the conversation as much as I did.  This podcast is for all the women—for you, for me, and for all of you.  Together, we are going to learn Until next time, stay curious and keep learning!
