He has used a Lead program to get a grant to de-lead one of his properties. He’s also used Air BnB to rent out one of his units and it hasn’t gone as smoothly as hoped. He’s stayed positive and kept pushing forward despite the uphill battle. “At the end of the day we will only regret the actions we didn’t take, we’re not gonna regret the ones that we did take”.
