Our Editor's Take

Family Trips with the Meyers Brothers promises tales of family adventures. On the podcast, Seth and Josh Meyers regale listeners with their own stories and hear those of guests.

As brothers for over 40 years, Josh and Seth have gone on their fair share of family vacations. Many of them were fun, but several were also disasters. When the Meyers family gets together, they can't help laughing at the memories. They talk about going to Molasses Pond on the podcast. Their dad banged his knee on a coffee table and let out the F-word. Are family trips more often disastrous? Seth and Josh invite their famous friends to share their stories and help answer this question.

The Meyers brothers are both comedians and actors. Seth hosts Late Night with Seth Meyers. Listeners may also know him from his time on Saturday Night Live. He performed on the show from 2001 to 2014 and was one of its head writers. His brother Josh was a cast member for MADtv and appeared on That '70s Show. His film credits include Date Movie and College Road Trip.

The show has many celebrity guests. Leslie Jones, Kristen Bell, Jake Tapper, and other family friends join the podcast. When actress Amy Poehler comes on, she talks about making a "huge mistake." The tale involves coqui frogs—and she is not "pro frog."

In another episode, Pete Davidson joins. The actor and fellow SNL alum tells the brothers about buying a minivan. Why did he decide to buy a minivan? He doesn't even have a family! Josh and Seth can't understand his choice. Pete insists these vehicles are the best. He may not have children, but he can fit friends in it. The doors even work. Podcast listeners also hear hysterical stories from Dax Shepard, Amy Schumer, and John Oliver.

Family Trips with the Meyers Brothers provides much laughter. The tales of Disneyland and camping nightmares are sure to resonate with many. New episodes debut each week.
