Ritika has won several awards for her work, including the Business Leadership Award and Indian Achiever Award from the Indian Achievers Forum, the Women Creating a Better World Award from the Women's Economic Forum and was selected as one of the top 3 people in Canada to be an ambassador at the One Young World Conference. She has spoken at over 20 events and conferences, including twice for TEDx.
