I am a big believer in the idea that companies that give their employees the flexibility to work schedules that fit their lives improve employee morale and make work fun. Maximizing Human Potential by Creating High Performance Teams: Myth, Magic or Mistake.
The world is going through a monumental change and every single day a new headline points us to a new challenge we need to overcome. As an optimist.
