#2 - Freedom & Constraint

The Shanker Chronicles

01-02-2022 • 30 mins

Join Dr. Stuart Shanker as he explores the concept of freedom: what freedom really means and what allows us to truly be free. Dr. Shanker dives into the history of the concept of freedom as the ability to choose and discusses the link between the anti-vax movement, beliefs around personal freedoms and the Red-Brain epidemic.

Dr. Shanker then explains the brain-body response to constraint (or the removal of our freedoms), how this sends us into Red-Brain, limiting our ability to choose and how we as a society need to stay in Blue-Brain to maintain our ability to understand and work through the many challenges that we face today.
