In this episode, Kunal Kamra sits down with Supreme Court lawyer Meenakshi Arora, who was instrumental in formulating the Vishaka guidelines in India to help enforce gender equality in workplaces. They talk about workplace conditions for women before the guidelines and why it was important to take action.

On whether we might ever see an end to harassment in the workplace, Meenakshi says, “As long as there are genders, it won’t.” They also talk about the Amber Heard-Johnny Depp trial and the gender justice movement in India.
