We can want what we want with no shame and create containers to make that happen. Commitment doesn't mean that you ignore your body and your feelings. We get to honour ourselves in relationship.

It's also so important to understand that eroticism doesn't just happen, we need to create intentional erotic space. All of this is part of the Art of Intimacy. Esther Perrel says that we can't have comfort and eroticism at the same time. They don't live in the same space. We need to be aware and nurture our relationships and create spaces to enjoy the fulness of our connections.
