Today my special guest is Becky Felstead. She resides in Perth, Australia where she is the host of The Resource a podcast that discusses all things taboo around society and culture. In the workplace, society and in every facet of the subject of sexual harassment, sexual assault, abuse, discrimination, sexual health, purity culture and all things in between. Becky is a speaker and facilitator who engages in gracious conversations about hard topics. She is the director at Culture101 where they deal with issues like sexual harrasment and bullying in the workplace.

Today we are having a discussion on the default programming that we all have about relationships often leading to discontentment and frustration in our relationships and sex lives. It doesn't have to be hard all the time. We are taught that life is hard, work is hard, and so are relationships.
