Today my special guest is Andrea Hanson. She is a dear friend of mine and today we are talking about getting out of your head and into your body.

Andrea Hanson is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who specializes in rapid neurobiological rebalancing, shifting clients from a state of trauma response to a state of wholeness and flow.

We delve into somatic healing in the body. We learn about inner child work and how to love all of our parts, especially those that aren't lovable. We store trauma and emotion in the body and we also experience great pleasure in the body. We have a window of tolerance and we want to learn how to remain in the window of tolerance and live our best lives free of unnecessary pain and struggle.
