Sobriety

When we take pleasure in indulging our bad behaviors, we are leisurely suiciding. Or, willingly preventing the flow of life itself, but with no care on our end. Instead of taking your life every day with unhealthy coping mechanisms, choose to live in the present moment with the whole range of emotions.
