  • #ListenerLive question #1 - I feel a little lost and would love some guidance. When I was 13, I was diagnosed with anorexia. I am now recovered, and in 2020 I started running. I now run about 6 -7 miles 6 days a week, strength train for about an hour and a half 5 days a week, and average about 25000 steps. I have never gotten a period, and just got lab work finding out I have low estrogen, testosterone, and severe anemia. (57:18)

  • #ListenerLive question #2 - I have been consistently working out for over 20 years. I have a degree in nutrition. I would like to look like all the work I put in. What can I do? (1:12:16)

  • #ListenerLive question #3 - I've added heaps of salt to my diet and started to notice a lot of negative impacts. I'm just curious if there are any other known health risks to overconsuming salt in the presence of a wholefood diet? (1:28:20)

  • #ListenerLive question #4 - I would love to hear your thoughts on the concept of “intuitive training?”  (1:39:46)
