Naomi Addai is a Toronto-based thespian, digital manager, and speaker. She currently attends Ryerson University, pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Governance. Her community care work can be seen through leadership in organizations such as We Rise, the Ryerson University President's Committee on Anti-Black Racism, and One Voice One Team. Professionally, she manages digital marketing for notable Canadian food brands. Most notably, she delivered a keynote TEDx talk entitled “How to Live When We’re Dying”.

Dr. Joan Samuels-Dennis, Ph.D., is an award-winning Canadian speaker and authority on trauma recovery, reconciliation, and forgiveness. Joan has specialized in promoting the mental health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities for over a decade through her groundbreaking trauma recovery strategy, The Forgiveness Method.

Dr. Joan is a Jamaican-Canadian Toronto native who lives in the beautiful community of Kamloops, B.C., alongside her loving husband and family.
