She partnered with brands and companies who shares her passion for eco-friendly products, and actively promoted diversity in the industry, ensuring that everyone feels seen, valued, and beautiful.Dana grew her team of stylists and created a culture where staff had freedom to choose their hours, specialties and pay structure.
