Katie is a blogger, vlogger, teacher, and retired party girl from Manchester, UK. She is 26 years old and has a sober date of 11/13/19. Kristen and Katie discuss the correlation between alcohol and mental health and why Katie decided to get sober after living the ultimate party lifestyle at university in Newcastle.
Katie says that sobriety has given her the opportunity to rediscover herself and feels like she is living an "HD" life now. She is committed to making herself feel good and sharing what works for her to inspire others.
