Gravitas | Ukraine bombed Russia's Nord Stream pipeline, CIA had prior intel: Leaked files

Leaked Pentagon papers suggest Ukraine blew up the Nord Stream pipeline and the CIA knew about it at least 3 months before the attack, as did the European intel agency. Why did the White House then not stop Kyiv from bombing critical infrastructure?
