Joyful Living | UA86
In this episode I share how being pickpocketed in Italy (See episode 70) catapulted me into a search for joy in my coaching business and art and led to me making some major decisions. Joy and happiness are sometimes used interchangeably. I’d argue they’re not the same thing at all. I love this way of putting it: “Joy is in the heart. Happiness is in the face.” (from www.compassion.com.) Tune in to learn what joy really is and why living joyfully is important. EXPERIENCE MORE JOY You’re officially invited to apply for Magic Room Experience, a group coaching experience that will teach you how to live more joyfully by eliminating the BS in your mind and doing more of what you love. To discover details, cost of this program and how to apply, go to www.gracedcanvas.com/magic-room-experience. You can also explore working with me 1:1 by booking a free coaching consultation call. We’ll explore your issues and I’ll give you my diagnosis of what’s causing them. I’ll arm you with the information you need to decide whether the individual coaching I offer is the right fit for you. Some people discover that the consultation call itself already leads to the transformation they were looking for! ABOUT ME: I’m a former international tax lawyer and senior partner of Ernst & Young in Toronto, where I serviced banks and other large multinationals and led a large group of professionals. My life expanded when I left the law in 2014 to learn how to paint, something I’d always dreamt of doing, but had no reason to believe was possible for me. After a couple years of painting and selling my work, I became passionate about helping other people who yearn to feel more personally fulfilled, invigorated and soul connected in their lives every day, and I became certified as a life coach. I now spend my time painting, coaching, and creating live events at GRACE Studio (more formally, the “George Russell Academy of Creative Expansion”) in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. And, of course, producing this podcast for you.
